Citrus reticulata
This little tree persistent and shiny leaves has white fragrant flowers and orange coloured fruit. Native to China, the mandarin was named after the Chinese mandarins to whom it was trditionally offered as a present. The relaxing and soothig effect and the much appreciated fragrance of the mandarin essence make it one of the most suited anti-stress aromas.

Dosage
Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support maximum 5 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 5 drops - 200 mg.
