Citrus aurantium ssp amara
The bigardier (bitter orange) is a tree of 5 to 10 m. Originally from India, it was introduced to Europe by the Crusades. The Moors cultivated it intensively near Seville in Spain. It bears a fruit smaller than a sweet orange and has rougher skin tinged with green or yellow.

Dosage
Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 4 drops per day (150mg).
Advice
This essential oil is sufficient on its own and can constitute a real perfume composed of a unique fragrance (called soliflore). 5 drops of CTEO Neroli in 5 ml of Macadamia or apricot kernel vegetable oil will be used to perfume the neck, wrists, areas behind the ears, ...
