In the light, sandy soil of Western Europe, this perennial has feathery leaves, and flower heads made up of white, sparse, tube-shaped flowers with yellow centres inserted on a conical receptacle and yellowish ribbed achenes.

Dosage
Ingest 2 drops on a neutral support 3 times a day.
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 6 drops - 220 mg.
Advice
• In case of stress or emotional shock, 3 drops CTEO Noble Chamomile on the solar plexus
and / or
• the Olfacto method: place 2 drops of CTEO Noble Chamomile on the inside of the wrists, join the hands in cathedral form then cover the nose with the joined hands and practice a long and deep breath repeated 2 to 3 times successively. Can be repeated at will according to demand.
