Cinnamomum camphora
The Bois de Hô is related to the Cinnamomum family, like Ravintsara for example. The full botanical name is also Cinnamomum camphora CT linalool which could lead to think that it is Ravintsara but it is of a very different chemotype.
Ho Wood essential oil is obtained by distilling the bark of a Chinese tree, also called Shiu wood or Chinese laurel.
Twin of the Bois de Rose; Ho Wood essential oil has excellent efficacy and good skin tolerance.

Dosage
Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support once a day.
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 1 drop - 40 mg. Do not use for more than 14 days.
Advice
On a daily basis, 1 drop CTEO Bois de Hô and 1 drop CTEO Rose de Damascus in your day cream will prevent the appearance of wrinkles and stimulate the regeneration of skin tissue.

In diffusion - Recipe to promote falling asleep:
40 drops CTEO Wood of Ho + 10 drops CTEO Noble chamomile + 20 drops CTEO Incense + 30 drops CTEO Ravintsara.
10 drops of this mixture in the water of an ultrasonic diffuser for 30 minutes continuously or 2 hours discontinuously.
