Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 3 drops - 120 mg.
Advice
Daily, 1 drop CTEO Palmarosa + 1 drop CTEO Rosemary ct verbenone in your day cream will regulate the secretion of sebum, hydrate your skin and help the regeneration of skin cells.
