Dosage
• Nourishing Body Oil: Apply a small amount of oil to dry areas.

• Hair Treatment: Apply a small amount of oil to dry ends, leave on for a few minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

• Cleansing Oil: Take a small amount of oil and massage onto the face; remove any excess with a cotton pad and finish with one of our hydrosols.

Composition
Over 90% of the fatty acids are saturated, including lauric acid (45-50%), myristic acid (15-20%), caprylic acid (5-10%), palmitic acid (5-10%), capric acid (4-8%), and stearic acid (2-4%). ​​Less than 10% are unsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid 5-7%).
